BondNet™ SELLS DIALUP AND HOSTING DIVISION
TO CYGNET

WATERLOO, ONTARIO, December 31, 2002-- In a move to focus on Internet Security and Security administration for small and medium sized businesses as well as local government offices BondNet™ has sold it's Dialup and Hosting business to CygNet Internet Services, Inc of Stratford, Ontario.

"Over the years we have leaned on Cyg.Net to provide additional support." Says Dave Godglick, President of BondNet™ . "Both BondNet™ and Cyg.Net have always maintained a very close relationship throughout the years and it would have been difficult to survive without them. In an effort to provide our web hosting and connectivity clients the service they deserve we are transferring this responsibility entirely to Cyg.Net as of January 1st 2003, so that we may concentrate on Network Security."
